Michael Keaton was an American actor, producer and director who is best known as the star of Birdman. A versatile actor he is adept at playing comedic in addition to dramatic parts. His professional career has seen him play a variety of characters who are romantic, and he's appeared in some action films. When he was in his teens the actor developed an appreciation in acting and performing. He began to try stand-up comedic performances in his teens. Even though his stand-up act did not go well, it helped pave the road for his acting. It was not easy to find fame as a comedian and the next step was to become a cameraman for a cable channel. In the course of working, he began to discover that he desired to appear on camera. After that, he was offered a TV part, playing many shows in Mister Rogers Neighborhood. He was an naturally talented actor and soon became popular in the world of television. He began the film industry with high goals and gained a lot of fame through his comedic characters. The actor gained further recognition by playing the titular superhero from Tim Burton's Batman. The actor grew in his craft in the years to come and then ventured into the production and direction areas. The 2013 Birdman film garnered him numerous nominations and awards.
